Prices and currency
All prices displayed on hundbutik.eu include VAT (where applicable) and are shown in your local currency based on your location.
Currency conversions are calculated automatically at checkout using current exchange rates.
Prices are updated regularly and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment
You can pay securely using the following methods:
Debit and Credit cards (Maestro/Mastercard/AmericanExpress/Visa). Simply enter your credit card details at checkout. The payment is processed automatically, and your card is charged once the order is confirmed.
Digital wallets (Paypal). After completing your order, you’ll be redirected to PayPal for fast and secure payment. Your order will be processed immediately after the payment is confirmed.
Digital wallets (ApplePay/GooglePay). Via Shopify payments. Use your device’s built-in payment system for a one-tap, secure, and quick checkout experience.
Prepayment (bank transfer). Select Prepayment to pay via bank transfer. After placing your order, you will receive our bank details to complete the payment. Your order will be processed once we receive the payment in our account.
Bancontact Available for Belgian customers, allowing secure payments via direct transfer from your bank account.

Damaged parcels or items
If the packaging or item is visibly damaged, please report it immediately to the courier and note the damage on your delivery receipt.
We recommend taking photos of both the packaging and the damaged item before unpacking, and contacting us as soon as possible at hundbutik@icloud.com
Legal warranty (claims)
All products purchased on hundbutik.eu are covered by a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with EU consumer law.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that were present at the time of delivery.
It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
If you experience an issue with your item, please contact us at hundbutik@icloud.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
We may in some cases resolve your claim without requiring the product to be returned.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Return conditions
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is faulty or incorrect).
If the returned product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functioning, a value deduction may apply.
Exceptions
Items that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Free gifts and bundle offers
If you return an order that included a free gift or “2-for-1” campaign, all related products must be returned together. Alternatively, you may keep the gift and receive a refund minus its value.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day Right to Cancel. This means you have 30 days to cancel your order and an additional 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of your cancellation.

Age and Contract
All customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order on hundbutik.eu.

ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. hundbutik reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until hundbutik confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as hundbutik may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.

hundbutik is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with hundbutik. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and hundbutik, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with hundbutik.
