Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day your order is delivered.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Send an email to hundbutik@icloud.com with your order number and (if possible) the reason for return. You will receive return instructions from us. After this, you can send the item to the provided return address (return shipping costs are at your own expense). Within 5 working days after receiving the item, you will receive the amount back in your account.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

if you choose to return the entire order, we'll refund not only the product cost but also the shipping fee you paid at the checkout.

A mistake or damage may can happen during transport, contact us for a solution within 5 working days after receiving the item.

 If a parcel is not collected or delivery is refused, a return fee of €6.50 will be deducted from your refund.

In the case of an exchange, we kindly ask you to contact us for return instructions and simply reorder the new size/colour in our online shop.
